Dear Hiring Team,

I have spent the last four years turning sprawling, inconsistent interfaces into design systems that teams actually use. Your posting for a Senior Product Designer describes that work almost exactly, which is why I am writing rather than waiting to be found.

At Kestrel I led the rebuild of a component library used by twenty-two engineers across four product squads. We cut the time to ship a new screen from nine days to two, and the design review backlog fell by seventy per cent in a quarter. Most of that came from writing the rules down, then sitting with the people who had to follow them.

What draws me to Northwind is that you treat the system as a product with its own users. I would like to bring the same care to your billing and onboarding surfaces, where the posting suggests the seams are beginning to show.
